This service is designed for individuals and families requiring the relocation of furniture, cartons, or office items. To allow us to assess the necessary vehicles, staffing, and estimated workload, clients are required to provide the pickup and destination addresses, an inventory of items, floor/level information, transport distance, and the preferred moving date. Our quotation will clearly outline the scope of services, specifying whether it includes tasks such as furniture disassembly and reassembly, carrying items up or down stairs, or additional stops along the route. Once the scope of service is confirmed, clients must pay a deposit or the full amount online as agreed. Upon completion of the move, both parties will verify the delivery of items, and any remaining balance shall be settled.
